135gramscream of wheat

Instructions
Bring the milk to a boil in a medium sauce pot.
Stir regularly to prevent it from burning.
Continue whisking and pour in the cream of wheat.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking and whisking until it has reached your desired thickness. About 5-7 minutes.
Serve into 4 bowls and top with desired toppings.
Notes
This grießbrei tastes best right after being cooked. However, it can also be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheated when you want to enjoy it.
