Making the Muesli Mix
In a high speed blender, briefly blend 600 g of the oats until they are broken down (not quite oat flour but close).
Pour the ground oats and the remaining rolled oats into a large container with an airtight lid. Then add 2 T. of flaxseed meal and all of the freeze dried fruit.
Close the container and shake until all the ingredients are evenly dispersed!
Preparing the Overnight Muesli
Measure out 1/2 cup of the muesli mix into as many jars as you plan to prep.
Then add in 1/2 cup of the milk of choice and 1/3 of the container of blueberry quark to each jar and stir with a spoon to combine.
Close the jars and place in the fridge to soak - at least overnight and up to 96 hours.
